ES51967 incorporates a dual slope ADC with four phases: ZI, AZ, INT and DINT.
The timing of each phase are listed below.

P.S. In the DC voltage and ohm measurement with auto mode, if the range is
changed, the internal clock rate will increase four times and the new measurement
