2.2 Resistance Measurement
A re-configurable divider automatically provides a suitable full-scale range in resistance
measurement mode. The following table summarizes the full-scale ranges and the reference
resistors in each configuration. When the function code is set to FC1~5=(0,1,0,1,0),
ES51964 enters the resistance mode for clampmeter. It only has 3 ranges from 660.0Ω to
66.00KΩ.

2.3 Current measurement for multimeter
ES51964 has 2 automatic and 1 manual current measurement modes for multimeter. The
following table summarizes the full-scale range of each mode. When ES51964 operates in
the current measurement modes for multimeter, It takes high input from pin IVSH or IVSL,
low input from pin SGND with full scale 66mV and reference voltage from pin VR
(-400mV).
