and after test is started to one direction there has to be 50ms wait time before output data is used.
2.7.2.2 Monitor acceleration data during mass deflection
Acceleration data can be read out from acceleration output registers during mass deflection self-
test in start-up or during operation, in case that test is repeated by the request. Monitoring this data
it is possible to determine product frequency response and check product timing properties.
