HC5: Hardware Clear /INT5 flag
HC4: Hardware Clear /INT4 flag

T2CR: Timer 2 Capture Reset. In the Timer2 Capture Mode this bit enables/disables hardware automatically reset
Timer2 while the value in TL2 and TH2 have been transferred into the capture register.
T2OE: Timer2 clock Output Enable bit. If set to 1, the Timer2 clock will output to P1.0.
DCEN: Down Count Enable. When set this bit then allows Timer2 to be configured as an up/down counter.
