⑥ - 2digit ： Tape and Reel following Number
⑦ - 2digit ： Luminous Intensity Rank.
(If luminous intensity rank is 1 digit, "-" shall be dashed on the place for the second digit.
If there is no identified intensity rank, "- -" is used to indicate.)
⑧ - 2digit ： Chromaticity Rank
