Two type partial modes are built in ST7628. One is NORMAL MODE(PTLM=0) and another is
POWER SAVING MODE(PTML=1). When entering power saving mode, IC would change bias, V0,
booster pumping times in 4 special partial lines in order to save power consumptions, please see the
following table:
