*1. Indicates shutdown state. When the load current (IOUT) is less than 1 μA, the output voltage (VOUT) is
not always VSS level.
*2. When the VOUT is shorted at t1, VOUT becomes VSS level. When the short of VOUT is removed at t2,
VOUT returns to normal output.
