Input signal for mute function.
BUCK4 feedback.
LDO feedback.
LDO output.
Phase node for BUCK4 converter. Connect to inductor.
Input voltage for BUCK4 converter. Input capacitors as close as possible to
VIN4 pin.
Input voltage for BUCK2 converter. Input capacitors as close as possible to
VIN2 pin.
Phase node for BUCK2 converter. Connect to inductor.
Power OK of input voltage. It is an open-drain output.
Remote voltage sense for BUCK2 converter. Connect to the positive side of
the load for remote sensing.
Remote ground sense for BUCK2 converter. Connect to the negative side of
the load for remote sensing.
Remote voltage sense for BUCK3 converter. Connect to the positive side of
the load for remote sensing.
Interrupt output. System information (Thermal, OVP, UVP and PGOOD).
Pin is pulled low if an interrupt bit is set. The output goes high after the bit
causing the interrupt in register INT has been read and written a 1b to clear the
corresponding interrupt bit. The interrupt sources can be masked in register
INT, so no interrupt is generated when the corresponding interrupt bit is set.
Low-side driver output. Connect directly to the low-side MOSFET gate for
BUCK3 Converter.
 
The MOSFET Ciss need to 500pF above.
Phase node for BUCK3 converter. Connect to inductor.
Not connected.
Input voltage for BUCK3 converter. Input Capacitors as close as possible to
VIN3 pin.
Low-side driver output. Connect directly to the low-side MOSFET gate for
BUCK1 controller.
High-side driver return path. Connect to the high-side MOSFET source for
BUCK1 controller.
High-side driver output. Connect to high-side MOSFET gate for BUCK1
controller.
High-side driver supply. This pin supplies the high-side floating driver for
BUCK1 controller. Connect through the C
BOOT
capacitor to the PHASE1 pin.
Input voltage for internal LDO.
BUCK1 feedback.
