256M × 72, and four ranks 256M × 72 module organization
and 64M × 4, 64M × 8, 128M × 4 chip organization
512 MByte, 1 GByte and 2 GByte modules built with 512-
Mbit DDR2 SDRAMs in P-TFBGA-60 chipsize packages.
