LCDC[7:0] register bits in the RXCP LCD Count Threshold register.
OOCDV:
The OOCDV bit indicates the cell delineation state. When OOCDV is high, the cell
delineation state machine is in the ’HUNT’ or ’PRESYNC’ states and is hunting for the cell
boundaries. When OOCDV is low, the cell delineation state machine is in the ’SYNC’ state
and cells are passed through the receive FIFO.
