8bit MTP MCU with 12-bit R-Type ADC
2. General Description and Block Diagram
The PFS122 is an MTP-based 8-bit microcontroller with 12-bit R-Type ADC. It employs RISC architecture and
all the instructions are executed in one cycle except that some instructions are two cycles that handle indirect
memory access.
Up to 2KW MTP program memory and 128 bytes data SRAM are inside. One up to 12 channels 12-bit R-Type
ADC is built inside the chip. PFS122 also provides three hardware timers: one is 16-bit timer and two are 8-bit
timers which PWM generation are included. PFS122 also supports one hardware comparator.
