The following example shows how to program this register field when the intended
frequency is 20 Hz;
Ex) Output Frequency [Hz] = 20d = 010100b
Bits to set in CR17-B5 to B0 = (0,1,0,1,0,0)
Note that the operations are not guaranteed when these bits define a frequency out of a band
between 15 and 50 Hz.
