32-Bit ARM946E™ RISC Based Microcontroller
Description
The Oki ML696201 microcontroller is a system LSI for porta-
ble USB2.0 high speed storage devices based on the
ARM946E™, ARM’s proprietary 32-bit RISC CPU core.
The ML696201 Series provides a 120-MHz ARM-9 CPU
along with 128 KB of SRAM, a high speed USB 2.0 interface,
an Ultra DMA hard drive controller (ATA), and a Smart Media
controller. The ML696201 Series contains an external inter-
face that can connect to FLASH, SRAM and SDRAM. The
ML69Q6203 also contains 512 KB of embedded built-in
FLASH ROM.
