(c) Port 3 mode control register (PMC3)
This is a 16-bit register that specifies the port mode/control mode.
This register can be read/written in 16-bit units only.
However, when the higher 8 bits and the lower 8 bits of the PMC3 register are used as the PMC3H
register and as the PMC3L register, respectively, this register can be read/written in 8-bit or 1-bit units.
