(b) Port 3 mode register (PM3)
This is a 16-bit register that specifies the input mode/output mode.
This register can be read/written in 16-bit units only.
However, when the higher 8 bits and the lower 8 bits of the PM3 register are used as the PM3H register
and as the PM3L register, respectively, this register can be read/written in 8-bit or 1-bit units.
