*AE series is resin-coated products. Therefore we recommend using metal case type, ASB,
ASL and AHB series in high humidity condition.
NEC TOKINʼs multilayer piezoelectric actuators are designed using unique
element structure technology and using ceramic materials with high
electrostrictive factors developed by NEC TOKIN.
