1. PA is address of the memory location to be programmed.
2. PD is data to be programmed at byte/word address.
3. D7 is the output of the complement of the data written to the device. D7 and D15 are used for 16 bit mode,
whilst D7,D15,D23,D31 are used for 32 bit mode.
4. DOUT is the output of the data written to the device.
5. Figure indicates last two bus cycles of four bus cycle sequence.
