1ꢀ Time from trigger input to frequency and amplitude settled within limits given below with digital modulation on and channel corrections enabled.
Specifications are for amplitudes lower than +17 dBm and using an M9036A embedded controller in an M9018A chassis.
2ꢀ Baseband offset frequency settled within 100 Hz. Baseband offset can be adjusted ± from carrier frequency within limits determined by RF
modulation bandwidth. Synthesizer frequency and amplitude are not changing and ALC off.
3ꢀ Carrier frequency settled within 1 ppm or 1 kHz, whichever is greater, and amplitude settled within 0.2 dB (within the controlled temperature range) or
