Notes
1. Alarm-1 = High signal (TTL, 5V/3.3V) if over/
under specified output limits.
2. Alarm-2 = High signal (TTL, 5V/3.3V) if over
95% of specified pump current limits.
3. Alarm-3 = High signal (TTL, 5V/3.3V) if over/
under specified pump temperature limits
25°C ±2°C.
4. Alarm-4 = High signal (TTL, 5V/3.3V) if over/
under specified optical input limits.
5. Alarm-5 = High signal (TTL, 5V/3.3V) if over/
