*10 VOUT pin. When the built-in oscillating circuit, the built-in power supply, and the voltage (boosted 5 times) are  
used, this pin is applied. When VEE = 2.4 ~ 3.3V, the electronic control is set to code (“1 1 1 1 1 1 1”).
