ES51983 incorporates a dual slope ADC with four phases: ZI, AZ, INT and DINT.
The timing of each phase is listed below.

Ps. In the voltage and ohm measurement with auto mode, if the range is changed,
the internal clock rate will increase ten times and the new measurement cycle
becomes 1/10 times of the original cycle until the range is stable.
