CYW43570
4. Bluetooth Overview
The CYW43570 is a Bluetooth 4.1 + EDR-compliant, baseband processor/2.4 GHz transceiver. It features the highest level of
integration and eliminates all critical external components, thus minimizing the footprint, power consumption, and system cost of a
Bluetooth radio solution.
The CYW43570 is the optimal solution for any Bluetooth voice and/or data application. The Bluetooth subsystem presents a standard
host controller interface (HCI) via a high-speed UART and PCM for audio. The CYW43570 incorporates all Bluetooth 4.1 + EDR
features including secure simple pairing, sniff subrating, and encryption pause and resume.
The CYW43570 Bluetooth radio transceiver provides enhanced radio performance to meet the most stringent mobile phone
temperature applications and the tightest integration into mobile handsets and portable devices. It is fully compatible with any of the
standard TCXO frequencies and provides full radio compatibility to operate simultaneously with GPS, WLAN, and cellular radios.
The Bluetooth transmitter also features a Class 1 power amplifier with Class 2 capability.
