11.2 DC Electrical Characteristics
The AT7911E can work with VCC = + 5 V 0.5 V and VCC = + 3.3V 0.3V. Although specified
for TTL outputs, all AT7911E outputs are CMOS compatible and will drive to VCC and GND
assuming no DC loads.
