A25LQ080 Series
MEMORY ORGANIZATION
Each page can be individually programmed (bits are
programmed from 1 to 0). The device is Sector, Block, or Chip
Erasable (bits are erased from 0 to 1) but not Page Erasable.
The memory is organized as:
1,048,576 bytes (8 bits each)
16 blocks (64 Kbytes each)
256 sectors (4 Kbytes each)
4096 pages (256 bytes each)
64 bytes OTP located outside the main memory array
