1/ Stresses above the absolute maximum rating may cause permanent damage to the device. Extended operation at the  
maximum levels may degrade performance and affect reliability.  
2/ Maximum internal power dissipation is specified so that the junction temperature dose not exceed +175°C.  
Derate at 9mW/°C for T > +32°C.
