Temporary Sector Unprotect Mode
This feature allows temporary unprotection of previously
protected sector to change data in-system. This mode is
protected and can be programmed or erased by selecting
the sector addresses. Once VID is removed from the
activated by setting the
pin to VID(11.5V-12.5V).
pin, all the previously protected sectors are

During this mode, all formerly protected sectors are un-
protected again.

Program Operations

Notes:
1. All protected sectors unprotected.
2. All previously protected sectors are protected once again.
