Die Montagefläche des Leistungsmoduls ist
homogen, möglichst dünn mit
Wärmeleitpaste zu bestreichen. Empfohlene
Dicke der Paste ist 50 µm. Für „Silicone
Paste P12“ von Wacker Chemie sind
folgende Werte empfohlen:

homogenous thin layer of thermal conducting
paste with a recommended thickness of 0.05
mm has to be applied. For “Silicone Paste
P12” from Wacker Chemie are following
values recommended:

Wir empfehlen die Wärmeleitpaste mit
Siebdruck aufzubringen. Das Auftragen mit
einer Hartgummiwalze ist auch möglich.

may be usable as well.
