UART serial Interface receiver input. The voltage at this pin must not  
exceed 3.6V. This pin must be terminated to V3P3D or ground.  
UART serial Interface transmitter output.  
Digital output test multiplexer. Controlled by TMUX[2:0].  
Selectable pulse output (default: VARh pulse).
