Description
This command returns the display to normal mode.
Normal display mode on means Partial mode off.
Exit from NORON by the Partial mode On command (12h)
There is no abnormal visual effect during mode change between Normal mode On <-> Partial mode On.
This command has no effect when Normal Display mode is active.
