7.3.8 Tearing Effect Output Line
The Tearing Effect output line supplies to the MPU a Panel synchronization signal. This signal can be enabled or disabled
by the Tearing Effect Line Off & On commands. The signal can be used by the MPU to synchronize Frame Memory Writing
when displaying video images.

Mode 1, the Tearing Effect Output signal consists of V-Sync(tVDH) information. It starts at 61th line signal and ends at the 70th line
signal. There is one high pulse during each frame.
Mode 2, the Tearing Effect Output signal consists of both H-Sync(tHDH) and V-Sync(tVDH) information. TE pin output tHDH pulse
on each COM scan signal. During 61th ~ 70th line signal, it output a high pulse which equals 1 tHDH + 1 tVDH.
Note: During Sleep In Mode, the Tearing Effect Output Pin is active Low.
