The Si510/511 supports a wide variety of options including frequency, stability, output format, and V . Specific
DD
device configurations are programmed into the Si510/511 at time of shipment. Configurations can be specified
using the Part Number Configuration chart below. Skyworks Solutions provides a web browser-based part number
configuration utility to simplify this process. Refer to www.skyworksinc.com/products/timing-oscillators and click
“Customize” in the product table. The Si510/511 XO series is supplied in industry-standard, RoHS compliant, lead-
free, 2.5 x 3.2 mm, 3.2 x 5.0 mm, and 5 x 7 mm packages. Tape and reel packaging is an ordering option.
