As described in Pt. 7.2 and 7.3, the ON-

application, AN1500. However, the ON-
resistance in pulse dialing is generally low with
SA253x - applications, this parameter allows a
wide tolerance to meet the PTT specs.
Germany’s BAPT223 ZV5, for example, allows
RON ≤ 390Ω @ ILine >24mA.
Fig. 6 shows the ON-resistance ,measured on
a-and b-terminals in pulse dialing with the
SAN2202 applications compared to the
standard application SAN2201.
