8.10.11 Automatic Solid Space Function
This function automatically generates the solid space (OUT blank
output) of the character area in the OSD1 mode.

addresses 1100016 + (4 + 2n) ✕✕10016 + 1216 to
1100016 + (4 + 2n) ✕✕10016 + 1316
(n = 0 to 19)
The solid space is output in the following areas :
• Any character area except character code “0916 ”
• Character area on the left and right sides of the above character
This function is turned on and off by bit 1 of the OSD control register
(refer to Figure 8.10.3).
