8.10.7 Character background color
The character background color can be displayed in the character
display area only in the OSD2,CD OSD mode. The character back-
ground color for each character is specified by the color code.
The 7 kinds of color are specified by bits 4 (R), 5 (G), and 6 (B) of the
color code.

Note : The character background color is displayed in the following parts :
(character display area)–(character font)–(border).
Accordingly, the character background color does not mix with these
color signals.
