EXTCRCACC[31:0]:
The four registers of EXTCRCACC[31:0] allows the microprocessor to read or
write the contents of the Insert CRC Accumulator register. The Extract CRC-
32 Accumulator Register accumulates the CRC-32 value of the data being
read from a Microprocessor Extract FIFO.
The rising edge of WRB for two successive write accesses to these registers
must separated by at least three REFCLK periods.
