FOVRI:
The FOVRI bit indicates an interrupt due to a logical channel FIFO overrun
error condition. A likely cause is an inappropriate programming of the
Downstream Logical Channel FIFO Control FIFO Ready Level register for the
existing ratio between the TXD+/- bit rate and the TCLK frequency. FOVRI is
cleared to logic 0 when the register is read.
