Purpose: Stores cell and event counts for each IMA Group.
Usage: IMA Groups only. All counters roll over unless otherwise noted.
Maintained by: RDAT.
Record Size: Four 32-bit words.

Count of the number of user cells that have been read from
the DCB and transferred to the ATM layer for this group.

filler_cells
Count of the number of cells that have been dropped solely
due to ATM layer congestion for this group.

Count of the number of filler cells that have been read from
the DCB (and not transferred to the ATM layer) for this group.
Buffers that do not contain the correct embedded information
will match this criterion. The cell writer may mark cells in this
manner for many reasons; for example, when the link is not
yet IMA enabled.
