10.23 Microprocessor Interface
The microprocessor interface block provides normal and test mode registers, and the logic
required to connect to the microprocessor interface. Normal mode registers are required for
normal operation. Test mode registers are used to enhance the testability of the S/UNI-JET.
With the exception of the S/UNI-JET Identification Register, all register descriptions can be
found in the S/UNI-JET datasheet (PMC-1990267).
The register set is accessed as described in Table 6.
