Function: Stores the transmit conditioned data.
Initialization: Initialize to the conditioned data appropriate for the channel, which
typically depends on the type of channel connected to the device. For example,
data usually needs an FFh value and voice needs a small Pulse Coded
Modulation (PCM) value.
Format: Two bytes per word, 16 words per line. Refer to the following table.
