SFSATH[31:0]:
The SFSTH[31:0] bits represent the allowable number of BIP errors that can be accumulated
during a BIP accumulation period before a BER threshold event is asserted. Setting this
threshold to 0xFFFFFFFF disables the saturation functionality. Refer to the Operations
section for the recommended settings..
