YMS[3:0] Initial value: 0100; Setting range: 0000 to 1111
Sets luminance signal continuous code motion compensation level.
Settable in 0 to 30 levels for the luminance signal field differential absolute value data.
Assigns respective setting values to the 3-continuous codes, 4-continuous codes and 5-continuous codes
motion detection, decides data having large motion components for |∆LY| exceeding the setting, and
performs the noise attenuation compensation (YNRM = 0) or NROFF compensation (YNRM = 1).
