�½�用上の注意事項（安全対策）

Notice

1, 樹脂コーティング

Resin coating

�½品を樹脂で外装される場合、樹脂のキュアストレスが強いとインダクタンスが変化したり�½品の性�½に

�½�響を及ぼすことがありますので、樹脂の選択には十分ご注意下さい。また、実装された状態での信頼性評

価を実�½下さい。

The inductance value may change and/or it may affect on the product's performance due to high

cure-stress of resin to be used for coating / molding products. So please pay your careful attention whenyou select resin.

In prior to use, please make the reliability evaluation with the product mounted in your application set.

2, この商品は、従来�½�のコイルに比べ、絶縁抵抗が�½�いため、ご�½�用にあたり注意が必要です。

This product employs a core with low insulation resistance, Pay strict attention when use it.

a) コイルの下には電極部を除きスルーホールやパターンの設�½�をお避け下さい。

a) Do not make any through holes and copper pattern under the coil.

except a copper pattern to the electrode.

b) コイルに他の部品が触れない様にご設計をお願いします。

b) Design/mount any components not to contact this product.

3, フェールセーフ

Fail-safe

�½��½品に万が一異常や不具合が生じた場合でも、二次�½害防止のために完成品に適切な

フェールセーフ機�½を必ず付加して下さい。

Be sure to provide an appropriate fail-safe function on your product to prevent a second damage that may be

caused by the abnormal function or the failure of our product.

4, 定格上の注意

Caution(Rating)

定格電流を超えてのご�½�用は避けてください。定格電流を超えて�½�用しますと、�½��½品は発熱し、

ワイヤー間のショート、断線あるいははんだが溶けて部品が脱�½する恐れがあります。

Do not exceed maximum rated current of the product. Thermal stress may be transmitted to the product and

short/open circuit of the product or falling off the product may be occurred.

5, 温度上昇

Temperature Rise

コイルの温度はご設計環境で大きく変わります。

熱設計には充分ご注意をされ温度保証範囲でのご設計をお願いします。

Temperature rise of power choke coil depends on the installation condition in end products.

It shall be confirmed in the actual end product that temperature rise of power choke coil is in the limit

specified temperature class.
