Timer. This pin combines the soft start, frequency jittering, along with the timer functions for

TIMER OLP, brown-out protection, and X-cap discharge. The IC can be latched off by pulling this
pin low.

Feedback. Use a pull-down opto-coupler to control output regulation.
Current Sense. Senses the primary side current for current-mode operation, and provides a
means for over power compensation adjustment.
