6 Special Function Registers (SFRs)
6.1 SFR Memory Map
A map of the internal memory area for the Special Function Register space is called “SFR Memory Map”, as
shown in Table 6-1. In the SFR Memory Map, not all of the addresses are occupied. Unoccupied addresses are
not implemented or designed for internal testing purpose; read accesses to these addresses will in general return
random data, and write accesses may cause unpredictable hardware action. The user software had better not
access the unoccupied addresses.
