Description
The Green source color devices are made with InGaN on
Al2O3 substrate Light Emitting Diode.
Features
z White SMD package, silicone resin.
z Low thermal resistance.
Static electricity and surge damage the LEDS.
It is recommended to use a wrist band or anti-electrostatic
glove when handling the LEDs.
z Compatible with IR-reflow processes.
z ESD protection.
All devices, equipment and machinery must be electrically
grounded.

z Moisture sensitivity level : level 2a.
z RoHS compliant.
