and adjustment
software
The M9381A VSG is supported by Keysight’s calibration and adjustment
software. This is the same software used at Keysight service centers to
automate calibration. The software offers compliance tests for
ISO 17025:2005, ANSI/NCSL Z540.3-2006, and measurement uncertainty
per ISO Guide to Expression of Measurement Uncertainty.
