1. The channel-to-channel skew is defined as the magnitude of time delay difference between two digitized channel inputs, granted the same signal is
provided to each channel at the exact same time.
2. The measurement represents the maximum time skew between 2 channels of a single unit, measured with a Sinefit method on 100 kSamples, for a sinusoid
signal at 400 MHz and averaged 10 times.
3. Skew and offset stability are measured at 25 °C in a climatic chamber. The skew and offset between channels are measured every 5 minutes over 12 hours
and after 1 hour stabilization time and the values represent the dispersion of the measurements.
4. Measured for a –1 dBFS input signal in internal clock mode with option -F10 at 1.6 GS/s (option -SR2).
