ILC7080
General Description
The ILC7080 is a 50mA low dropout ( LDO ) voltage
regulator in a Tiny SOT-23-5 package. The device
offers a unique combination of low dropout and low
quiescent current of CMOS, and, low noise and high
ripple rejection characteristics of bipolar LDO
regulators.
Dropout Voltage:
Typically 50mV at 50mA load, and
1mV at 1mA load
Ground pin current:
Typically 100µA at 50mA load
Ripple rejection:
85dB at 1kHz and 60dB at 1MHz
Tiny package:
Five lead SOT-23
Small capacitor:
Requires only a 0.47µF ceramic
output capacitor which is smaller, lighter and lower
cost than commonly used tantalum capacitors.
Precision output:
Output voltage trimmed to 1%
accuracy
Fixed 2.85V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 3.6V, 5.0V and adjustable
output voltage option
