21-BIT OPTICAL POSITION ENCODER WITH

iC-LGC is an optoelectronic encoder iC for absolute position
sensors. Photosensors, amplifiers and comparators, the entire
signal conditioning and data processing unit and fast I/O inter-
faces are monolithically integrated on the chip.
