Normal mode
DASL receiver is synchronized and ready to receive data. It is read by
the microprocessor to assert APA @08 bit 19 to inform the switch that
the adapter is synchronized and it can stop the transmission of the syn-
chronization packets. Remains ‘ON’ if nothing abnormal occurs.
